Installation

As part of our automation solutions we can offer installation on-site, including site acceptance test. Installations are managed by our skilled engineers to ensure that the product or system is up and running optimally and is working to specifications. It is possible to combine the installation with product training.

Operation

We can offer operation support for all of our solutions, both on- and off-site. This can be general support questions on email or phone, or more specific support regarding offline programming etc.

One of the major benefits with our solutions is that all production data inputs are digital. This makes it possible for our support team to connect to the customer’s digital twin and analyze robot programs externally. Most of the equipment we install in our solutions are also IoT enabled, so monitoring of the physical robot cells can be performed in real-time.
